  • Anxiety

    Anxiety symptoms include intense worry, fatigue, irritability, feelings of overwhelm, difficulty concentrating, physical signs like racing heart, sweating, or trembling, and sleep problems.   • Eating Disorders

    The symptoms of eating disorders or disordered eating can include dramatic weight loss or gain, loss of appetite, limited range of preferred foods, making yourself sick or taking laxatives after you eat, hyper-focus on healthy or clean eating, avoiding socializing when food is involved, excessive exercise, and more.

  • Infertility

    Infertility can be one of the most stressful emotional concerns an individual faces.   • Perinatal Anxiety or Depression

    Perinatal anxiety and depression are experienced by roughly 20% of parents. Symptoms can include social withdrawal, persistent fears about you or the baby, hopelessness, feeling like you want your old life back, feelings of regret, changes in eating or sleeping patterns, and difficulty bonding.

  • Nature Based Therapy

    Common issues addressed here are low self esteem or self image, work/life balance, body image concerns, negative thought patterns, and more. This type of therapy also supports the experience of marginalization that most women face, particularly women of color and LGBTQ+ identifying women.

    Couple’s counseling is a helpful resource to address communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust after betrayal or infidelity, resolving conflict, and increasing physical and emotional intimacy. If you and your partner are struggling, couple’s counseling is a great resource to support your relationship.

  • Movement Therapy

    If you are a kinesthetic learner or simply prefer to be on the move, this is a great option for your therapy time.     Neurodiversity affirming therapy focuses on empowering individuals and families with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences by honoring the function of their unique brains without pathologizing. Here you’ll grow self-acceptance, develop coping skills, and foster self-advocacy.

  • Relational Concerns

    Therapy for relational concerns helps people in all forms of relationships to navigate challenges in communication, emotional attunement, and differing values. Here you’ll find support from an objective third party that supports all people in the relationship toward positive self-expression and mutual connection.

  • Children's Counseling

    Child therapy is a great resource for kids who have difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns. This often takes place through play therapy or other activity based therapies. The clinician works with the family to support the child’s wellbeing and develop skills for all members.

  • Psychological Assessments

    Psychological assessments for ADHD and Autism are available for children and adults in most New England states. These provide a thorough assessment to investigate the possibility of ADHD, autism, anxiety disorders, depression, learning challenges, or trauma disorders. These can be used for school accommodations.

  • Depression

    Depression can present in a multitude of ways including but not limited to persistent sadness, loss of interest, irritability, fatigue, change in appetite or sleep patterns, feelings of worthlessness, or suicidal ideation. Some people also get physical symptoms like headaches and body aches. There is support available for you.

  • Professional Burnout

    Are you struggling in your career? Perhaps you are feeling inefficient, emotionally drained, lacking motivation, or generally feeling negative about your future as it pertains to your work.     Unfortunately, OCD still carries a lot of stigma and it shouldn’t. It’s essentially a more severe form of anxiety and everyone experiences anxiety.     Grief presents in diverse ways. For some it comes with a great deal of sadness, anger, guilt, and other emotional expressions. For others, it can be more quiet and lonely.   • Culturally Responsive Therapy

    If you are a person of color, LGBTQ+, or are living as part of an otherwise marginalized population, we see you. All of our clinicians agree to be culturally aware and inclusive before joining our alliance. Some have more significant training and lived experiences on the topic of cultural diversity.

It uses eye movement and bilateral stimulation to help process distressing memories and reduce the emotional impact.   • CBT Therapy

    CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a modality that is used to treat various mental health concerns like anxiety and depression by identifying and changing negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviors. It teaches practical coping skills to help you manage problems in your day to day life and increases emotional well being.

  • DBT Therapy

    DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) helps people to manage intense emotions and improve their existing relationships. It teaches mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal congruence. It also focuses on reducing self judgement and increasing self esteem.

  • IFS Therapy

    IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy is an approach that views the mind as a system of parts that is governed by the core self. By understanding the parts within ones self, it fosters self compassion, restores confidence, and heals wounds. It is helpful in managing challenging behaviors and intense emotions.

  • Somatic Trauma Treatment

    Somatic trauma treatment uses the experience of the body in conjunction with your thoughts and feelings to dismantle the hold of traumatic experiences from within. There are many modalities that integrate mind and body through somatic approaches. What we know for sure is that the body keeps the score.
