We’d love to collaborate with you if you are a mental health professional or coach living in any of the six New England states. We aim to have thriving sub communities in each of the northeastern states.

How We Work

In order for individuals to flourish, the whole needs to thrive. No one is independently successful. We live in a time that prioritizes individual, capitalistic advancement, particularly in business. Even in caretaking professions, we see this priority. It’s competitive and class based, working in the interest of a select few.

We are driven to create a community that fosters collective wellbeing, for clients and practitioners alike. Unlike a group practice or institution, we are an alliance of independent business owners, much like a co-op. Our mission is to cultivate whole person thriving for the wellbeing of our entire communities.

You won’t find non-compete contracts, competition, scarcity, non-disclosure agreements, gatekeeping, or extortion here. You will find empowerment, sustainability, generosity, and community. Ultimately, we hope you find flourishing here and that your clients do too.

    • Our home location in Rhode Island can serve as a business address for your virtual or hybrid office. We are expanding office addresses in each state.

    • We can serve as your registered agent, allowing us to receive mail for you. Each member gets a digital mailbox that is processed weekly with images of mail items received. Hard copies of mail can be delivered to your home address as needed.

    • We serve as the point person for your practice, should anything happen to you that makes you unable to communicate with your clients. We ensure they are notified and provided options for continuity of care.

  • Special rates are available to members for the following:

    • Workshops, retreats, and other gatherings that are held outside of the alliance membership package.

    • Coaching, consultation, and supervision.

    • Continuing education and trainings.

    • Single event space use in Rhode Island.

PARTNERSHIP LEVEL

$300 / month

    • Gain all the benefits of Alliance membership.

    • We have direct relationships with primary insurance providers so that you can get paneled more efficiently through our alliance.

    • Gets you increased referrals and keeps you accessible to those needing the affordability of in-network care.

    • We support the process of getting you credentialed with various insurance companies through your private practice. You own these contracts and they stay with your practice as long as you uphold agreements with the providers.

    • We have direct relationships with carriers to help monitor and follow up with your credential process to get you up and running as soon as possible.

    • Full service billing administration is provided so that you can see clients and go home without the admin work.

    • Benefits and eligibility are confirmed by us for you to relay to your clients so that they know their costs before your first session.

    • We get new clients through the intake process so that insurance is ready to go when they start with you, preventing delayed payments.

    • We file claims on a weekly basis and track all submissions to payout.

    • Insurance communication is managed by us when issues arise. We keep you apprised but save you the time on hold with insurance.

    • We process all payments for your practice, including self pay. These get issued and deposited into your account on a weekly basis.

    • A $5 fee is assessed per paid insurance claim. No fee is charged for unpaid claims or private payments.

    • You receive detailed payment reports so that you know what has been received and what sessions they apply to.

    • You have access to claim status reports and self pay allocations at all times.

    • Your membership includes a clinical, HIPPA compliant EHR account, which includes a telehealth platform and a library of forms to keep your practice streamlined. This is a $100 value per month.
