Monique serves adolescents and adults looking for support around disordered eating/eating disorders, negative body image, anxiety, depression and mental health concerns around pregnancy and the postpartum period. She believes eating disorder recovery is possible and that learning to have a more flexible, compassionate relationship with yourself can allow you to live a fuller, more joyful life.
