I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma treatment for first responders and their families, as well as individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, transparent therapeutic space where they remain in control of the healing process. My role is to guide, educate, and offer options with honesty and clarity. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation within an interpersonal neurobiology framework to support trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
