Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma treatment for first responders and their families, as well as individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. She works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, transparent therapeutic space where they remain in control of the healing process. Karen’s role is to guide, educate, and offer options with honesty and clarity. She integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation within an interpersonal neurobiology framework to support trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
