I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to supporting individual adults and couples as they navigate life’s most complex challenges. My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, and C-PTSD through a trauma-informed lens. As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, I also integrate IFS and Brainspotting to provide deep, transformative healing.

Whether meeting in person at my Sutton, MA office or via telehealth in MA and ME, I provide a compassionate, social-justice-oriented space. Together, we will work to process past trauma and build the resilience needed for a more fulfilling, balanced life.
