PSYCHOTHERAPIST (She/Her)
I’m a psychotherapist who specializes in parenting and perinatal mental health with a focus on helping my clients navigate the emotional challenges that arise during pregnancy, the first postpartum year, and at every age and stage of their parenting lives. I also work with women around managing anxiety, burnout, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions such as grief, menopause, and empty nest I have a relational approach to therapy and think that people grow best through healthy, authentic connections.
That’s why I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is what makes therapy effective. I also integrate psychodynamic and feminist frameworks into my clinical orientation, as they allow the opportunity to explore patterns, feelings, and stories rooted in childhood experiences, generational trauma, cultural contexts, sexism, heteronormativity, and oppression.
