I’m a Certified Hakomi Therapist with training in Internal Family Systems and expertise in psychodynamic and attachment theory, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy and ecotherapy.

Together, my clients and I walk a path of gentle curiosity and non-judgmental awareness. From this deeper place, a shift and a softening often occur that allows them to feel more self-compassion, authenticity and resiliency.
