I work with individuals who are seeking freedom, peace, and healing from trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, and depression. I frequently work with individuals who have experienced religious harm, or who are wanting to incorporate spirituality of any kind into their therapy work. I believe that change happens as we deepen our relationships with and understanding of ourselves. I work together with clients to create space for this to happen in sessions, not as an “expert,” but rather as a “co-journeyer,” in a way that seeks to ensure that clients feel safe and understood in their work in therapy.
